The patterns of the butterflies are repeating and are very similar. It was a little challenging trying to organize them on my wall. This isn't really a bit deal to me, because I still found them to be very pleasing and beautiful to look at, but be warned that you aren't getting the same color variation and pattern at all, so don't get your heart set on what you see. My biggest complaint with these butterflies are the adhesive that it comes with. It appears to be a piece of foam like material, with glue on both sides. The first night I put these butterflies on, they were sturdy. A few hours later however, three of them fell right off. I brushed it off and pushed them back onto the foam adhesive thinking that I might not have pushed the butterflies into the glue. I went to work the next day, and yet again, three other butterflies were on the floor. A little frustrated I pushed on them as hard as I could. Not even two hours later, one fell off again. I really don't want to get regular tape to get these things to stick because that would completely ruin the illusion, but I guess I have no choice.
