Pages were caught in the rings, which don't quite close properly, so turning pages snag on the rings. My biggest disappointment and the big reason for ordering this book is that there is no designation for addresses. My bad for assuming that was in all guest books. Should have a place for "Name" and "Address" - otherwise, folks don't bother and then we are left scrambling for addresses to send out thank you notes. I do see that I can return this item - I have a trial Prime membership - not sure if everyone can make an easy return.
