(She's seen me wearing it so is being careful) I'm a complete technophobe. The camera arrived and honestly, I spent a day, just nervously looking at the package. The little 'disk' (?) arrived a couple of days later because I forgot to order both on the same day. Total panic now.!!! Anyway with shaking (seriously) hands I took the camera and disk out and read the instructions. OMG..AWESOME, so easy to use and clear instructions. It comes with loads of attachments so I can wear it clipped to my clothes. Makes me feel really safe because I can set it going to video (or still) in about three seconds...you use your phone charger to charge the battery so that's no problem.
