You input your street address number and those are the only ones you get. One set for each side of the plaque. **Q: Can this item be so screwed flat onto a piece of plywood, or do i have to use the mounting piece? also, how far apart are the screw holes?** A: You would have to first drill holes into the item in order to mount it flatly onto a piece of plywood, but yes that could be easily done. It would create a noticeable void in the retro-reflectivity of the item, but shouldn't alter the readability at all. Just make sure you don't do what I did-i put the numbers on one side then i flipped the sign over horizontally and put numbers on. Not thinking about how the sign was going to sit, I had to put on #s I had from a previous sign. Opps. But I also put an arrow on to point to the hidden driveway. Otherwise, just center the stickers.
