Review: My dog finally smells good - Beagles shed constantly. I shampooed my dog and was amazed at how much hair came off, leaving him smelling great, his fur very soft and at least for a couple of days no hair falling off from him when petting him. I bought to help his stud tail but the first bath didn't make a dent to getting it to heal. Maybe it takes several applications. We will see with next bath. Still I love how clean and fresh he smells and how soft he is now. Beagles are pretty clean most of the time but he rolled in something that did not smell very good! This stuff got rid of all smells including the wet dog smells. I live this stuff.

A: Yes good for stud tail.

**Q: What do you recommend for dandruff in long haired dogs (Golden Retriever)?**
A: I have only used this on two of my long haired cats, one with dandruff and stud tail.  It works like a dream!  Followed the simple instructions provided on the container and I couldn't be happier with the condition of both long hair cats.

**Q: What are the ingredients in it?**
A: Hone in on the bottle; you may read the ingredients there. I don't see anything harmful, and it has done wonders to keep my Persian from matting.

**Q: Mine had no safety seal and looked like some was already used. Is it supposed to have a safety seal?**
A: Mine had no safety seal as well.  But, I could tell that it hadn't been tampered with because it was maybe a quarter inch from the top and even all around.

Pretty goopy stuff. Seems to work, but washing cats is a risky activity. Requires thorough rinsing. I will probably be returning this, unless I work up the courage to attempt again.
