**Q: how do you smoke these? There is no puff coming out..**
A: Well, let me tell you. They look very realistic, and they work by having a white powder inside the cigarette and when you blow into the cigarette, the powder comes out in the form of smoke, just like a real cigarette.

They are paper, but they probably won't crush exactly like an actual cigarette.  They are not on fire, so there is no actual need to "put them out."
