The basket is sturdy and small but appropriate for what we needed it for. You can get a lot of dough into the basket, so don't let its size fool you.The dough will fit in the basket nicely and it will grow overnight and make a nice big round yummy loaf of bread the next day all you need to do is tip it out on to the tray and bake :) It is also very easy to keep clean as the basket comes with a liner that you can take off and wash by hand.Once the bread is cooled you can use the bread bag that also comes with the proofing basket set. The only one thing I was a little sad about was the free lame that came with it as we found it to be a little naff.Overall I give this product five stars as it does a good job of proofing our dough. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Basket OK, rest of the kit not very good *by R***S on 31 July 2019* The basket itself is fine; the accessories are not so good.
