Clear instructions and nothing too complicated to follow. The voices and music are very calming and not at all irritating. Short sessions which fit into my day very well. I will definately keep using this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Learn the postures before you start the routines. *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 October 2015* This DVD provides a detailed posture guide and so there isn't quite so much instruction during the actual routines. There are two actual routines: energising and rejuvenating. You really would have to learn the postures first before doing the routines as Rodney moves fairly quickly between postures. He does still provide very valuable instruction throughout though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners is excellent *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 March 2009* This is the third Beginners' Yoga DVD I bought and it is the one I am now solely working with. What makes this DVD different to the DVDs of other instructors is that the yoga poses here are most thoroughly explained and demonstrated.The first section of the DVD is the pose guide, where Rodney Yee and Coleen Saidman show how to do the poses, which typical mistakes to avoid (very important for complete beginners like me), and also modifications. All together there are 20 different poses explained in this way.Then there are 2 different yoga practice sessions - one is refreshing and the seond one rejuvenating.
