Boswellia Serrata Turmeric Curcumin Supplement actually helped to relieve the pain in my sore thumbs, with no discernable side effects. It took about a month and a half before I felt the effects, so be patient. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. My use of Aleve has gone way down, and I no longer wear my thumb braces all day, every day. I still wear the braces for heavy gardening or lifting awkward pieces of furniture or sacks of mulch, as a preventative measure. But overall, two thumbs up :) for Boswellia!
