This is not actual window size but the interior meausurment; which its states no where. The actual window size is larger 25.5 x 49.5 which is quite inconvinent if your in the middle of the job and the windows come the wrong size. The have no mounting features or flashing all that your contractor has to build. They are flat windiw panels. This is not actual window size." Good Lord, read the install instructions on any serious item before building the setup! Industries have practices, and skylight measuring practice has one. As do windows, doors, etc. The incompetence of the buyer, who then leaves a negative review to cover his failure, is embarrassing. Velux products are top notch. These were my 5th, 6th, and 7th Velux units over the past 9 years. 2 4x4 ft and 5 2x4 ft. All excellent.
