**Q: What’s the best “waterline” (inner edge) eyeliner? Experts?**
A: I have found Maybelline’s tatoo studio to work the best.  I wear contact lenses so it is hard to find an eyeliner that does not dirty my contacts.  These tatoo studio pencils work great and you cannot beat the price!  Hope this was helpful to you!!!!

**Q: You use a pencil sharpener to lengthen it? Isnt the top part plastic?? I'm confused.**
A: Hey There! This pencil is a sharpenable pencil. To properly use the Tattoo Studio Gel Eye liner, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. The pencil should be sharpened frequently so that 3 or 4 gentle turns are sufficient to achieve the desired result. The Dual Sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope you find this information helpful!

**Q: Is this supposed to twist up? If so, how? If not, it has less than one week use.**
A: It doesn’t twist.  You sharpen it like other eyeliner pencils.

I absolutely love this eye pencil! I bought the dark brown shade for my waterline and everyday makeup, and it goes on so smoothly without tugging. The color looks much softer and more natural than black, which is perfect for mature eyes. It stays put well throughout the day but is still easy to remove at night. I’ve tried a lot of eye pencils over the years, and this is one of the best, especially for the price. I’ll definitely be buying it again!

Maybelline products have far surpassed my expectations, and this product did not disappoint. It's easy to apply, and it glides on smoothly with high pigmentation; once it sets, it lasts all day. There's no messiness, and it is easy to remove with my micellar water. It's easy to make it as thin or thick as you want to apply it. It's a good-sized pencil, so a good amount of product, especially for the quality and price. I have spent four times this amount for products similar in quality and size. I am constantly surprised by this brand and the products I have tried.
