However, I could not help noticing the printed indication on the bottom of the jar: "LN/20-01-2020" (in Europe that would mean January 1st, 2020); also some beginning crystallization at the bottom of the jar. Since January 1st cannot be the production date, what is it; if it is the "best by" date, then was I sent a jar of honey from 2018? In that case what does "fresh 2020" mean?No big deal since honey never goes bad, and if it goes on crystallizing, I can use the bottom of the jar to sweeten my tea (I usually "take my honey" with a spoon, not for medical reasons but because I have developed an allergy to chocolate). No big deal, but an explanation is needed.
