My husband and I were nervous about it, especially since we didn't find too many reviews about it but it worked! We just came back from a cruise and used it just about every day. We never had any kind of leak at all. We did what others suggested and put paper towels in the case and emerged it in water but that's still not the same as being in the ocean with your expensive camera. You can rest assured that it really does work! The only problem we had with it, and why I gave it only 4 stars, is that you really can't see your screen too well. I guess that's not the cases fault but it was hard to know what you were taking a picture of when you can't see the screen. I ended up just looking that the fish and pointing it in the direction of the fish and hoped I got the shot I wanted.
