- Compatibility: This product is Compatible ONLY with LiftMaster Security+ 2.0 Garage Door and Gate Openers
- Connectivity: This product works on wired connectivity for power source and does not support WiFi connectivity
- Wiring Instructions: Run bell wire up wall and across ceiling to motor unit. Use insulated staples to secure wire to wall and ceiling in several places. Do NOT pierce wire with a staple, this will create a short or open circuit. Strip 7/16" (11 mm) of insulation from the end of the bell wire. 6. Connect bell wire to terminals as follows: Quick Connect Terminals: Red/white wire to red terminal and white wire to white (Figure 1). Screw Terminals: Red/white to 1 and white to 2 (Figure 2)
- Light Feature: Press the Light button to switch the opener light on or off. The Light button will not control the opener light when the door is in motion. Adjustable Light Timer- Personalize your garage's illumination with a customizable timer, ensuring optimal lighting whenever required.
- Operation: Door Control Push Button: Press to open or close the door. Press again to reverse the door during the closing cycle, or to stop the door while it is opening. Lock Feature - To activate: Press and hold the Lock button for 2 seconds. The push button indicator light will flash as long as the lock is on. To turn off: Press and hold the Lock button again for 2 seconds. The Lock feature will also turn off whenever the Learn button on the opener end panel is activated.

**Q: Any idea if this is compatible with a Model 1280C Liftmaster opener? 2 or 4 wire?**
A: As Catherine said, it worked my 10 year old opener with no problem and was connected to the existing 2-wire run from the opener to our back door. All things work, including the light and lock control.

**Q: How does this mount to the wall? I received this item w/2 screws & plastic anchors. Should it have a base plate that it snaps onto?**
A: Examine back of unit, there is a mounting hole which fits over a screw placed directly into the support wall. Make sure its fits tight (i.e. screw most of the way into the wall). Then, remove the white plastic cover on front which is the raise/lower control (use a screw driver on the top, there is an opening for this). There will be another screw hole showing. Use screw directly into wall, replace cover. No mounting bracket, 2 screws; lower one into a mounting hole on back, upper one set from the front.
