I prefer the Hormel that isn't hot by Hormel but which you can add your own hot sauce. All of Hormel Chili tastes the best for out of the can meals. That takes care of the protein now just add some kind of vegetables or a salad and something to drink - it just makes my day complete! I tried the original Hormel chili, and found that it was really bland and I had to add more spice and more heat. Hormel Chili Hot with Beans doesn't need anything else added to it except garnish (cheese and crackers for me!). It's got enough heat to make my nose run, but not too much that it's painful. It's also pretty thick straight out of the can, so I add just a little bit of water to account for the crackers that I add in at the end. I did receive an order - quite promptly at that -, just not the exact order I had made. Specifically I had ordered the HOT Chili. We received the non-HOT Chili, BUT we consumed the product anyway. It was and is a fine product, just not my personal favorite. The seller has offered and I accepted a full refund, for which I heartily thank them.
