I bought these to add some flexibility to my figurative tool belt and they will restrain most anyone who can fit in them. They are not "easy pull" if your hands are oily or wet it will be a challenge to pull the zip at first. They are not all that big I'm 5'9" 220lbs with hands that are a bit bigger than most and they barely fit me( see photo). If you have a compliant normal sized person these will work if they are bigger than average or are resisting these probably are not the ones for you. They do for in web gear but not especially well(see photo). All in all if I would do it again I would buy something else but these will work. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I would like to see these cuffs made at least 4" in ... *by T***E on January 9, 2017* These cables are smaller when set up to cuff. I have relatively "not meaty" hands and can barely fit them through. Try it on an average guy who's clenching his fists or resisting and you'll have a tough time. So you have to keep them uncuffed and wrap them around, really. Still difficult in reality, unless you have them subdued or pinned.
