**Q: Does this knob fit model gtdx180ed0ww?**
A: No it does not.

**Q: Will it fit ge dryer gtd280?**
A: Look at your dryer spindle.  Is it something that resembles a half circle but with a flat spot?  Look at the picture of the knob's back if my poor description isn't clear.  If your dryer looks like that, and I"m betting it does as that's the standard for most dryers, it will fit.

**Q: Does this knob fit hotpoint model #htx24easkows?**
A: It should.  As long as your "stem" (the part where the knob goes) has a flat edge (you can see what I mean in the product description), it will fit.  Hotpoint and GE are the same company, so this one will work.

**Q: Replacing the knob on my ge gtdx180ed0ww again.  the last time i ordered this product it was a loose fit but worked for 3 years.  is this my best bet?**
A: This knob fits mine and it looks like it's a different model than yours. Mine did not fit loosely. It looks like you may need a WE01x20378 for your model. Look up the model for replacement knobs online for your gtdx180edOww. When I looked it up I did it just to get the replacement part number because the know is expensive but affordable on 
Amazon. Hope this helps.
