They feel comfy so far however I think since the tip of the stiletto is so narrow, they make the shoe fit a little tighter on my toes. It's a bit thicker than most shoe pads I've used in the past. I hope this isn't a problem when wearing the shoes for a long period of time but I guess I'll find out.Update 3/31/18:The seller offered to send me a different pair of insoles since these ones didn't work that well for me and they worked. Great customer service! The bottom of them are slightly adhesive, but still allows for some adjustment after placement. Placing them in shoes can be a little difficult since they are adhesive so finding the perfect position might take some trying, but that's the experience I've had with most insoles. I haven't used them a lot, but from my experience so far, I don't think the adhesive would ruin the shoes when the cushion is removed.
