What you need to know. *by B***. on February 26, 2023* If you are a true fan of the Naruto series, as a whole, I recommend you to read this book. Keep in mind there are six other books just like this with different characters set at different times in the world of Naruto. If you haven’t read the description on this book, make sure to give it a quick glance as I’d say that is pretty spot on. Kakashi finds himself at a point of low confidence in his strength and skills as a shinobi. This pushes him to put off officially becoming the sixth hokage. When faced with the constant questioning from close friends, comrades, and a difficult mission, he finds the source of what makes him proud to be a shinobi and fights to break the excuses of losing obito’s eye and the key abilities he fell back on in tough situations. In case you’re curious, I’m not entirely sure if this is cannon but there isn’t anything preventing this from being just that. It makes sense to actually fit in with the story as it does take place shortly after the ending to the fourth great ninja war. Between that and kakashi actually becoming hokage. I think I remember someone saying something about this book being filler in a previous comment but I disagree. I think this simply fills in the gaps between shippuden and bortuo. Give this a like so people can get the good information about this novel.
