I bought the assembly package but it was refunded after we found out it didn't need it. The packaging was superb. The buffet itself is very nice and sturdy. The drawers and doors work properly. The only thing wrong was that the base to the cabinet portion is grey and not black like the advertised picture shows. It really is not off putting but something you should know.
