In browsing through, the photo of cinnimon rolls caught my eye. That is likely because I am not familiar with most of the foods in the book. Most of the ingredients in the recipes are easily obtainable and the recipes read well.I chose to make the cinnimon roll recipe first. Easy to follow directions and yummy results. I added some plumped raisins to half of the batch with happy results all around.The stories behind the recipes give a sense of place and occasion that I find helpful in planning for when I will gather the ingredients and make a recipe. Many of them are calling out for me to give them a go!Five stars for the cinnimon roll recipe! I made the cinnimon rolls a second tme, refridgerating overnight and baking in the morning.
