The Spa arrived banded vertically to an oversized pallet. If I were to lift the pallet to put some furniture dollies underneath, The Spa would’ve stood too tall to clear the eaves and rain gutters around my house. I chose to get the Spa off of the pallet and onto the furniture dollies directly. Four men shimmied the Spa one corner at a time over to the dollies, while wives held the dollies from rolling away and kept the Spa from tipping. The Spa arrived with the heavy side down, the side that contains the pump and electrical connections. This helps somewhat in its stability. It was still very tippy, so this must be done with more than three people and two or more dollies. Once on the dollies, the Spa could be moved by one adult pulling and two stabilizing and turning. We even made it effortlessly around those narrow curves between the pool and the house. The Spa does need to be powered by #6 wire behind two 50amp breakers (220v).The Spa filled in less than an hour from a garden hose. Do not turn on any Jets (Jets 1) or the Blower motor (Jets 2) until it is nearly full. The drain is a gravity drain that needs no pump power. The antifreeze was gone after less than a quart of drained water. Match Your control panel to the picture in the manual, and then study only that section or column because the other sections and columns are different and irrelevant. Our spa heated on a 52° day to 101° in about eight hours. Cycling the pump and blower motor on and off a few times cleared all vapor locks and all the Jets worked great. 60 jets are more than you need and it gives you the ability to close some of the unused jets thereby increasing the power of the Jets in use. The neck and shoulder Jets make the spa better than any other I’ve tried. We recommend you fill the water to a level where your butt will be fully seated and your shoulders will rest gently under the neck and shoulder Jets.
