The Acrylic Varnish dries crystal clear to give the repair a High Gloss finish. This product will repair damage up to: 4cm Long, 4.5cm Wide & 3cm Deep. Review: A converted skeptic - After a hole was punched into the exterior surface of a patio door in high winds, the cost of repairing or replacing the door was significant, so I thought I'd give this kit a try. I'm generally a skeptic and wasn't sure whether the kit would be any good, but I'll admit to being pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the result. You do get everything you need in the kit for a really good finish. The hole in the door was quite deep so I partially filled it with window packing strips glued into place and then used this kit for the finished surface. I found the application of water to the final surface helped to get a really smooth and flat finish (think about a potter using their wheel with lots of water). I'm a competent DIYer, so I found this kit easy to use, but with a little bit of patience and thought, I think anyone could use this kit because it really does contain everything you need. Five Stars.

**Q: Will this mend a crack in the bottom of my acrylic bath?**
A: Have repaired a small crack myself, need to be patient and allow putty to set.
When hard will sand down but don’t expect a colour match it is a bright white.

A: I used it to fix hairline cracks in my acrylic bath panel and was very pleased with the result.

**Q: Would it work for a outer side ledge on a window?**
A: Yes I would think so sets really hard did a hole in my front pvc door covered perfect

**Q: Under what conditions do you require the additional varnish. I am filling the holes from an old door knocker in a white upvc door**
A: I applied the varnish ,after the filler hard hardened ,and then sanded it over to suit the finish and in dry conditions applied the varnish and allowed to dry and it turned out really well, very pleased with the final results,
