I ordered by the weight guidelines, and, since my husband is not the tallest, it is a little longer than 3/4 sleeve for him and longer than knee length. The XXXL is what I ordered but the XL may have been great as well. I think Big & Tall should order the XXXL for sure. It is very comfortable. I have even worn it a few times. It is not meant for super warmth, but more for a warm/comfy combo in more temperate temperatures.... we keep our house around 70-75 degrees and it is perfect for that.
