First off, the first LED light string I bought was from another seller and stated as being orange and it was. I bought this product to use with the other in my PC's water cooling but this is no where near being orange. It's closer to an off red than anything else. If you are looking for orange, then get this elsewhere. However, I can say these lights are are bright with exception of color. The problem comes with waterproofing. It may be waterproof but that's only for a few days. I had my other one in water for about 5-6 days before the silicon started to deteriorate. So after a about 2-3 weeks I would assume there would be a short of some kind due to exposure.
