Review: Best speakers you'll ever own! - Firstly edifier is one amazing brand. The quality of their speakers is one class above! These speakers are no less. I had a edifier R1280Ts already connected to my laptop. Although that speaker was pretty good, I wanted more deep bass and I didn't want to buy a T5 subwoofer as the sub level bass would disturb the neighbors and my parents. I wanted a fairly powerful speaker which could produce good bass without sub woofer. Thats when i came across R2000DB. After a lot of research I finally ordered it and it was definitely a big upgrade from 42 watts to 120 watts. The bass was punchy and right as expected. The highs were very clear compared to my previous speaker. Sub woofer is definitely not needed for most of the songs according to me. Sound quality i must say is next level 👌. I really dont know how to express that feel. When u listen to songs that are mixed and mastered well, you'll have a immersive experience as if you are listening through a expensive headphones. Dynamic EQ on this speaker definitely works to create a immersive experience. Overall these speakers are some other level! I'm fully happy with these speakers.

Sound quality is brilliant. Looks are superb. I have brown colour set. Remote though tiny still works flawlessly. Bass is very good. A little bit of more treble would have made this a perfect sound machine. But still no complaints. One can enjoy both old hindi movies and english pop on these. Connect using bluetooth from ur mobile phone and enjoy. Near perfect machine for music lovers. The only but is they are made in prc.

A: We believe these speakers would be loud enough for your dance party. Whenever we get a new model in the office we often tend to crank up the speakers and have our own office parties.

**Q: Which version of Bluethooth these speaker use? 3.0? 4.0?**
A: These speakers use Bluetooth 4.0.

**Q: do i need an amplifier to connect these to the tv and watch movies?**
A: No need. You can connect directly to your TV. These have built-in amplifier and all cables are included.

**Q: Can I buy an extender for the 10 ft speaker cable or a longer speaker cable?**
A: Personally, I wouldn't recommend these be placed >10' apart. For good stereo imaging, the separation and listening distance should comprise an equilateral triangle (or stretched one). Say speakers 8' apart so the cable isn't stretched! Then listen from 8' or maybe up to 15' away. If this doesn't give you enough volume you need more powerful amp/speaker system. Nearfield listening (say with 6' between speakers and listening from 6' away) can give you a sublime stereo listening experience.

Pros: Good as Monitoring Speakers. Sound is a bit warm due to slightly greater lower frequency range. Tweeter is great. Dedicated remote. Optical input is good for lossless audio. Cons: Bluetooth is not aptx. Should have been aptx.(only SBC) No extra Subwoofer output option. Conclusion: I would say best budget monitor in this range and better than other options out there.
