This one has a smooth top, so their feet don’t touch the rough part when using the correct size. My bird was hanging out on it within a day, so hopefully it will help keep her claws in good condition. This is a size small, and it is okay for my cockatiel, but maybe a bit too big for my green cheek conure. ### ⭐ The End is Too Big to be useful. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2017* I would like it, except that the connecting part dosn't fit between the bars of the cage I have so it can't actually be put into the cage. Unless you have a very large bird, with very wide set bars this won't work for anything less than a macaw cage. I as pretty sure I got the small perch, so I would have hoped the connecting piece might have been a bit smaller.I'm not going to return it because it's to much of a pain, but I'm finding a hard time finding something for this perch.
