I saw it on Pintrest after searching for preschool activities for my 4 year old. We started with one of the dough recipes and were hooked. The poor reviews talking about repetitive playdoh recipes may have no idea about different sensory experiences or just the loving, creative process that goes into making each on of these activities with your child.I am a work from home mom with a 4 year old and 1 year old. I taught high school chemistry for 14 years and was bummed when I couldn't figure out some creative, easy and appropriate science activities to do with my 4 year old. We also love crafts and art. Furthermore, my 4 year old has Sensory Processing Disorder and had been in early intervention which has now ended. This one book solved it all. It is the one thing that will get her off of the ipad happily and with excitement every time. No attitude, no meltdowns. The ingredients are simple and I was excited to get our small activity stockpile prepared before diving into the book further. We have done about one activity a day for 2 weeks and the 4 year old has specifically asked to repeat a few. I am excited to try every single idea in the book. I also just checked out her website blog which is equally as fantastic and emailed her personally to tell her how much my daughter enjoyed and I appreciated her hard work.This is money WELL spent.I also just preordered the new outdoor dirt book.
