I’ve tried other Italian brands that were all good but monograno is simply next level up.When I opened the package, I found not a single broken spaghetti. Cooked it per package instructions of 10 minutes. Once cooked, transferred the spaghetti into a sauce pot with the base I made, gave it a good mix and WOW!! Simple WOWWWWW no words can express the texture, the bite, the smoothness, and yes the freshness!Of all the dried pasta I’ve tried, monograno had a fresh taste to it.
