## Description

MASTEK Eurofix Gommoni Neoprene Glue (350 g) and Hardener (30 g). Eurofix Gommoni is a bi-component contact adhesive with a polychloroprenic gum and resin solution base, featuring a medium open time and high heat resistance. Where to Use: In the maritime transport sector, Eurofix Gommoni is intended for preparing inflatable neoprene, hypalon and rubberised dinghies. How to Use: Surfaces must be polished before applying the glue and, if necessary, cleaned with a solvent to completely eliminate any and all plasticisers. Apply an even layer of Eurofix Gommoni, with the addition of an 8-10% cross-linking agent, to both glue surfaces, leaving the solvent to fully dry. This process may take from 15 to 25 minutes, based on the temperature. After about 2 hours, apply the adhesive / cross-linking mixture again. After about 20-30 minutes, pair the parts together while pressing down evenly. To improve the end result and prevent air bubbles, use a roller before pressing. The dried product is odourless, flexible and resistant to ageing. Anything glued using Eurofix Gommoni displays an excellent initial grip with a strong tensile strength immediately after pairing the parts. Should you wish to test the adhesion force with traction tests, please take into account that the definitive grip develops only after at least 48 hours. The bonding’s thermal resistance is greater than 100° C.
