It actually takes 3-10 seconds to turn on, which is an absurd amount of time even for a LED. Yes, I did bypass the ballast as required. I even tried it in two different fixtures in case it was something weird about the circuit in the first one, and I tested multiple lights from the 6-pack that I ordered.I'm giving it two stars instead of only one because the light does look great once it turns on, so it would be acceptable for a store or office where it would stay on for the entire day. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lights are blinking *by G***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2019* First two bulbs I tried didn't turn on as expected. They just blink. It's a shame since they appear to be the only LED replacement with this style of plug. They only with MAGNETIC BALLASTS! Yet I read that four pin CFLs generally have ELECTRONIC BALLASTS.
