I use the roller whenever I feel tired and it helps me relax, especially in my forehead area that has a lot of tension. The guasha board is even more magical in improving the blood circulation. These combined with use of a face lotion I believe it to help lighten my skin tone and reduce the hyperpigmentation. This set has a better design than the other that I’ve tried, because it doesn’t make that awful squeaky noise. When I use these I have to be very careful not to lose my grip and drop the stone on a client's face! Esp when using a lot of oil.
