This obviously doesn’t substitute to natural diet. Still consuming something is better than eating nothing. I have observed a lot of positive changes in my two year old daughter’s health after taking this. Sleeping pattern has also been improved significantly. The quality is excellent. It dissolves quickly into water. It tastes like a chocolate shake. Preparation is simple: you have to dissolve 5 scoops in 190ml of water for 2 year old kid. All ages and required doses are mentioned on the box. The scoop comes with it.
