The handle snapped off one sofa and though, we contacted Ashley furniture for replacement, they don't have them because they don't use these anymore. That led us to desertcart to locate it and here we are. We purchased four in all because one never knows when another or all are going to break, too. Except for a stripped screw that was difficult to remove because it was apparently stripped upon the initial sofa assembly, this was easy to install. It is a mirror copy of the original. Highly recommend.
