It arrived with the box all squashed(I could live with that. Once opened the machine was coated with a coating which was peeling off so I removed it and there was a shiny machine underneath. Very easy to put together but the whole thing is tinny and not well put together. The sides have gaps where it is ill fitted. The dial you pull out and twist to get the required thickness setting, again quite flimsy. I noticed the rollers too are a bit out of alignment.
