I've been using a dollar store dust pan and finally treated myself to Rubbermaid's pan that is sooooooo much better. It's sturdy and much wider. I now can sweep up dirt faster.

I have put this dustpan through a lot.. ours picks up dust/dirt, rabbit poop, and sawdust. I mostly use it as a litter scoop to strip out my rabbit stalls in the barn. It is sturdy, perfect size and the plastic is easy to clean. So much easier than a shovel or cat litter scoop

Nice and strong not a cheap and breathable

I had been looking for a replacement dustpan as my other one broke. This one is super sturdy and the end is really thin which makes sweeping things into it a breeze. I wish I had this one originally.

This is the best dustpan I've ever purchased. It's solid, sturdy, doesn't tire nor complain when I don't get all the debris, dust, dirt, crumbs, or refuse on the first sweep. It gets along well with the two brooms I own, even though I purchased them separately. And, lets not forget that it's "Made in the USA of global components" (although I'm not sure what that menas.) if I initially found it ludicrous that Amazon was requesting I review a seven-dollar dustpan, I have to admit that the dustpan has brightened my day, as has the writing of this review.

Nice - this is replacement of an old metal one that we've had for years. This one won't rust and hopefully will maintain it's sharp straight edge.
