good for basic usage
excellent packaging, good design, ok boot time and functionality. had it up and running in 10 minutes with a 1tb ssd attached thru usb3. installed my vpn service and torrent program and configured power management to never sleep and setup Remote Desktop so I didn't have to go to the computer room to add torrent files. for about 30 minutes I was in heaven. then I fired up Remote Desktop app on my iPad and got nothing so I grabbed my laptop and nothing. I went to the computer room the blue light was on on beelink and usb 3 hd but I couldn't get anything on the monitor It was plugged into. I even tried to press and hold the power button and nothing.... it was just frozen. no problem I thought I'll unplug and reboot, I have had my computers freeze on me before(especially running windows). back up and running in a few minutes and then the same thing happened about 4 or 5 times till I decided to hook it to a completely different monitor and then it happened again. I don't know if this is a isolated instance but I don't have the time to troubleshoot a pc that is brand new. I promptly reinstalled linux in a VM on my server...torrenting back up and running in about the time it took to put this pc back in the package to return it. overall It seems like it would a good computer for a novice.

Not a bad little machine
Decent PC, but I asked if it was possible to install Windows 10 32bit and was told yes but not recommended. YouTube has vendor created videos on how to load 32 and 64 bit windows 10. So I downloaded the software and it failed to install completely. The problem with using their WINPE installer is that it wipes all partitions so my original windows 10 install is gone. After contacting support and providing the serial number I was able to get the right link to download (support must be in China). I’ve now installed the original windows 10 64 bit. This does support Linux as I was able to install Ubuntu 18 off of a USB. Seemed to work well and WiFi worked (I didn’t complete hours of testing).I didn’t load any office products to see if it would support so I can’t tell you if this would replace your normal PC.Be sure to get the 64GB hard drive because windows 10 comsumes a lot of space.

All you need is a wired or wireless keyboard and mouse and you’re good to go.
This mini computer is really really mini version (I did not think it was that small). It includes a HDMI cable, mounting bracket, power adapter.I I used it for youtube videos for kids, image quality is great for my 49’ inch TV. No missing drivers in device manager. It comes with Windows 10 home installed.Size is perfect. you can hide it behind your TV (with your wireless kb and mouse). Wifi speed is great over 5 GHz band. Would recommend it as HTPC. Or a mini file server if you like (need an external hdd, btw it has one usb 3 port).

Great mini PC
The media could not be loaded. I love this mini PC Windows 10. The setup was a breeze and I had no issues with connecting Wi-Fi and my wireless keyboard. I had no issue setting up the PC with my LCD TV in my living room. Its compact design is also great because I can put it anywhere and does not require a lot of space like a traditional desktop computer. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks now without turning it off. The mini PC is pretty impressive. I can also stream YouTube and other websites on my TV like a regular computer. I will definately get another one for the TV in my bedroom.

Solid little machine
So far, so good. I bought this little computer to stream video on my living room TV. I've had no issues with that at all. The only issues I've had so far is that it got stuck once while trying to shut down, and sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to turn on. Overall, I'm satisfied. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Not for gaming.
Mini Pc, Intel Atom x5-Z8350 4 Processor Windows 10 Os 4GB/64GBI chose the 64GB option with 4GB ram. Not disappointed at all! This little pc is quite responsive. Apps open slowly, but that's to be expected for a quad core 1.8 processor. Once the app is open, it is quick to load web pages and I didn't notice any lag using apps once they were open. That said, this pc is certainly not a good option for gaming as it has NO video card. Well worth the $120 price. Quite pleased with this unit.

Very Pleased!
I have had this mini PC for 2 weeks and it has been very reliable. Set up was fairly easy, after I figured out my monitors. I have moved it from a 19" TV to a 48" TV several times with no problems. I am very pleased with the 4 USB ports. I am using an external hard drive for all my files, to keep the PC from becoming bogged down. The speed is just fine for me since I am replacing a laptop that was purchase with Windows 7.

Meet my need
This is the best mini pc I bought for 150 dollars. Everything except playing games meets my needs. I bought a 2 /32gb mini pc before, but I returned it. It was too slow and could not update the windows. The reason I gave four stars is because the power cord is a little short.
