Bought for an older relative (no tremors but not great dexterity) and she seemed to appreciate it. Tested it myself, and it's a neat design. The pivot action is smooth, and manually tipping when required doesn't feel awkward. The handle is of decent size and feels comfortable enough. The semi-seal lid is a nice touch, it's especially handy when moving back and forth with the cup.

A lid can be added to reduce splashes and spills, with a discreet drinking spout that is barely noticeable in company. I rated it 4 stars for three reasons: 1. Price – £22.95 feels steep when they need replacing every 12 months. 2. Maintenance – they stain easily and should be washed straight after use. 3. Design flaw – hidden under the rubber seal is a fine join that traps residue. If prised apart after a year, it reveals unpleasant build-up that cannot be cleaned, making replacement unavoidable.
