Great little pan, good value and good quality.
I meant to do a review before so I'm a bit late. I wanted to say what a great little pan this is. I live on my own so it is just the right size. Please ignore the bad reviews that I saw. Use it as it is meant to be used. If you want high smoking temperatures, get a steel one. Great product. Thank you.

Very bad product
I only received this yesterday. Despite following the care advise it's damaged on it's 1st. use. The coating has peeled both inside and on the bottom. I only purchased this as it is a nice size and because it had the 'Ken Hom' name. However, I definitely would NOT recommend it. I'm a person who takes great care with my cooking appliances etc. I've had saucepans SS for over 20years, still in immaculate condition so I'm genuine when I say that as careful as I was, you can see the result by the pics. I hadn't even added any food and the coating peeled.

MINI Wok - 5 year guarantee
I bought this wok in March 2025 and the base is now speckled with white marks - I have been very careful only using non-metal utensils when cooking, and I notice the label says that there is a 5 year guarantee can this Wok be replaced at no charge ? Is it safe to use with the coating damaged ?

Quality small wok. It is also good for small quantities of chips,, which are much better than oven chips.

No Customer Service for poor quality product Ken Hom should not be on Amazon site
This is a poor quality product backed by zero customer service. It is the only pan in my kitchen that burns to the point that it cannot be cleaned. I suspect that the surface lining is easily destroyed. It could be a bad batch in production but when I am directed to Ken Hom CS website it does not exist. I urge Amazon to take down this product from your site. I commit to Amazon because I know issues are dealt with; there should be no place for selling products that have no customer service facilities.

Ich benutze schon seit Jahren einen kleinen Wok aus Gusseisen. Das und meine Induktionsplatte haben vorerst ausgereicht. Dann habe ich diesen kleinen Wok aus antihaftbeschichtetem Kohlenstoffstahl bestellt. Eine *erstaunliche* Kombination, der Wok und die Induktionsplatte. Ideal für Mahlzeiten für eine oder zwei Personen. Es macht einfach Spaß, ihn zu benutzen. Er ist leicht, einfach zu handhaben, einfach zu reinigen. Und er sieht toll aus. 5 Sterne und BRAVO!
