These bottles have been amazing for my baby. I switched to the larger size as he started drinking more, and they’ve worked perfectly. I love the wide shape because they’re easy to fill and clean, and my baby has no trouble holding onto them as he’s getting bigger. The vent system really seems to help reduce gas and spit-up, which has made feedings much more comfortable. They’re durable, don’t leak when assembled correctly, and the quality is excellent. I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely keep using Dr. Brown’s bottles.

First, I have no trouble with these bottles leaking. I don’t overfill them, I make sure the nipple is correctly attached in the collar and that they’re screwed on tight. I also ensure that the vent is properly attached. I don’t know what the other reviewers are doing, but as long as you put the bottle together correctly and don’t overfill it, you shouldn’t have any problems with leaking. As with any bottle, if you overfill it or don’t have it put together properly, it’ll leak. I switched from another well-known anti colic bottle at my pediatrician’s recommendation, and Dr Brown’s works SO much better. Within a week my colicky, fussy and generally miserable newborn was like a whole new baby. She had these “episodes” where she would scream with gas pain for hours (and nothing helped), she spit up constantly, so we switched to these bottles and everything was better. She gets gassy still occasionally, but gas drops and tummy massage take care of it — no more hours-long scream sessions. These bottles are a pain to clean, since it consists of the bottle + the straw part + the rubber air intake + the collar + the nipple, 5 parts total to clean (plus needing a bottle scrubber and a million little brushes to reach each crevice). But honestly I’d wash these bottles a million times over if it means my little girl spends her time smiling and playing and not feeling tummy pain. Once we discovered how well these bottles work, I bought 12 of them total. Now I only have to wash bottles once a day, but I easily spend an hour scrubbing a million little pieces. I look forward to the day where she no longer needs the vents and I only have to wash the actual bottle, collar and nipple. Overall, if I knew better I would have started off with these bottles. I love them because they made such a difference for my baby. I don’t love the amount of time it takes to clean but the trade off is worth it to me. Knowing what I know now, I will always use and recommend Dr Browns bottles. If you have a little one struggling with gas pains, constant spit up and general fussiness during/after eating, I say give these bottles a shot. For me and my baby, it made a difference.

Love these bottles. My son was having really bad gas using regular NUK bottles (no shade I really like those bottles my daughter used them from infancy to 1.5 and they're great but she doesn't have any issues with gas). I switched to these bottles and he no longer has any gas. I exclusively pump so he uses these a lot and I really love them. They do leak easily though. So when we go out I put the milk in a NUK bottle and then switch it right before I feed him. But I'll take it because it helps him so much with his gas.

I wasn’t a big fan of these bottles at first, too many parts to clean. But as my boys got a little older I tried these again and they make a huge difference. They really do help keep hair out of little bellies. The nipples do drip so you have to pay attention if the baby stops sucking and falls asleep. Just buy enough so you can throw them in the dishwasher. You will also need little dishwasher containers for the parts.

I went to these after getting annoyed time and time again at the PlayTex VentAires I had, and I'm glad I did! The bottle is an anti-colic design that allows venting like the VentAires but the design is sooooooo much less finicky than the PlayTex. The parts come together nicely but also come apart easily to allow access to deep clean everything and they even provide a little brush in each bottle to use to get the vent part good. They can be used without the vent tube too, if you don't want to mess with that or are having troubles with the vent. The sides have two nice indentations that makes it easy to hold for being a pretty wide bottle (the bottle is 2 3/4" wide, but tapers to about 2 1/4 in the "hold area") and also helps to keep it from slipping. Finally, in addition to a cap that snaps in place nicely, they also provide little plastic discs you place inside for air travel that helps seal them for the difference in air pressure. I dont do any air travel myself but I found this a clever addition for those who do. If you're tired of your bottles that leak through the vent, definitely give these a shot. You can kinda tell if it'll give you trouble if milk is up in the reservoir bulb on the vent contraption when standing straight up and you can get it to go back down by just unscrewing the nipple and letting it settle back down (to provide a bit extra settling while unscrewed push down on the nipple, then screw it back on and let go which sucks it all out of the tube). These are seriously easy to use and as simple as putting on the nipple snug + 1/8 turn at most; no messing around with finding the exact right tightness, no sudden messes in the microwave or bottle warmer. They come with Level 1 nipples which are meant for 0-3 month olds so if your youngin has already advanced beyond the slowest flow nipples be sure to order some of the level you need, and you can also find Y-cut nipples on here for them if needed.

These bottles are simply the best. You can change the flow rate for the baby by switching out the nipples. They are easy to break down and clean. They are durable and haven’t show any wear after almost a year of use. We have 12 which allow us to have half in the sterilizer and half in use. The price for the amount of use is fantastic. Haven’t had any colic or had problems while using this bottle.

Llevo usando la marca desde que nació mi hijo mayor (casi 9 años) y sigue siendo la mejor del mercado. Es mi 3er bebé y compré estos biberones porque mi peque tiene diagnóstico de reflujo gastroesofágico. Gracias a estos biberones la leche súper espesa anti reflujo sale muy bien (compré un nivel adelante de tetina por sugerencia de la lata de leche), mi peque no tiene cólicos y su problema ha mejorado bastante. Aclarando algunos puntos que leí en reviews anteriores: -Los biberones siguen siendo hechos en USA y no en China. -La única diferencia es que éstos vienen en caja de cartón y no en su caja linda de tienda. -El sistema tiene fugas si hay mucho aire dentro, el cual hace presión, o porque no está bien cerrado. Es normal que se salga si no se usa apropiadamente. -Las tetinas son más delgadas que antes, lo que facilita la transición entre dar pecho y biberón evitando confusión (doy lactancia mixta). -Nunca llevo los biberones llenos cuando llego a salir (siempre traigo un termo y dispensador de fórmula) pero la leche si se sale si pones de cabeza el biberón (??? quien lleva así los biberones) No tengo preferencia entre el modelo anterior y éste, pero si prefiero los de boca ancha, siempre me han gustado más a mi y a mis peques.

Compramos estos biberones para nuestro bebé y la verdad es que le encantaron. Desde que empezamos a usarlos, las tomas se volvieron mucho más cómodas y tranquilas; básicamente, la vida empezó a sonar un poquito más feliz en casa 😂. La calidad se siente muy buena y, después de usarlos, considero que realmente valen lo que cuestan. Sin duda los volvería a comprar. Eso sí, por ser de 9 oz (270 ml aprox.), uno podría pensar: “Están enormes, mejor los compro cuando mi bebé esté más grande”. ¡No inventen, ni lo piensen! Nosotros empezamos a utilizarlos desde que era muy pequeño y fue una excelente decisión. No es necesario llenar el biberón completo; simplemente preparas la cantidad de leche que necesita en ese momento y tienes un biberón que te va a servir durante muchísimo más tiempo. Así que sí: desde los primeros meses pueden usar perfectamente este señor biberón 😂. Buena capacidad, buen sistema, cómodos y, sobre todo, aprobados por el verdadero jefe de la casa: el bebé.
