How is this double strength?

Looks like an old bottle picture to me. I buy that stuff for many years and my bottles do not say double strength . It is perhaps an ancient picture. Also when I reorder it , I buy “ sold from Amazon “ not from a seller on Amazon. Look at the right site at the small print and scroll down a little. It tells you who sells it . Things like that I would never buy from some unknown seller on Amazon . But that is me. Hope this helps
