7" Antenna Compatible with Dodge Ram & Ford F-Series 1990+

Looks and fits perfectly. Reception was better than the original stock one I had.

This antenna is just small in size but BIG on reception. This antenna works better than my stock antenna at about 1/3 the size. I had actually ordered 2 different sizes in case this smaller one would not work very. I've tried others in the past with not-so-great results. This antenna is perfect in size, easy to install, and I can't say enough how great it brings in the signals (and stylish). I will be returning the other slightly larger antenna since I didn't need it or open it.

When I bought my 2017 RAM a few weeks ago, I couldn't believe that they still have an old-school metal antenna mast on the fender. Most new cars have them built in to the GPS until on top of the roof. Had to get rid of it. This little antenna is great....almost 5 stars, but I'll need to drop one star for this reason: I live about 30 miles outside of Columbus, Ohio, and I did notice a little loss of Radio signal. With the old antenna, I would get all of the HD radio stations just fine, but they did flicker in and out from time to time. With this antenna, it's seems to be "slightly" worse...they go in and out a little bit more often from HD to regular signal. Not a huge deal for me since I usually listen to SIRIUS-XM or Pandora from Bluetooth. If you live within 20 or so miles from a big city, I don't see it being a problem. Super easy to install---took maybe 2 minutes. You'll probably need a wrench to get the old antenna off, but I just hand tightened the new one---it's not going anywhere, and I am confident that it will fine in the car wash without removing it.

I love my 2021 Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman, but I've always hated the stupid 35ft. long antenna. Every time I'd go to the car wash, they'd take it off. It just looked dumb. So I got a wild hair up the caboose and searched amazon for "tactical truck antenna" and found this gem. The reviews seemed legit so I bought it. Arrived in one day. First star earned. Good packaging and easy instructions. Second star earned. The size is great though I wouldn't mind it being a tad bit shorter. Then I tested AM and FM - no signal loss. Remaining stars earned. Now that it's on there, I'm going to use some red locktite to ensure it stays on because I'm sure the thieves in Reno would love it.

Originally purchased because I was leaving for work weeks at a time and wanted to put a cover on my truck. Found that I needed to remove the factory antenna to fit the cover on, so I wanted a smaller antenna to avoid this step. The antenna did look great on the very vehicle! It's construction was quality. However, the reception was poor. I estimate I lost 75% of radio stations. As some have already said, if you don't stray too far from an urban area in your regular driving, then this antenna will be fine. Also, if you don't listen to FM/AM often and want the look or small size of the antenna, then good to go. If you live farther out from your favorit radio stations or drive often to rural areas I cannot recommend purchase. I have thrown this antenna in the trash and put my factory antenna back on. I may try a longer antenna from this manufacturer in the future.

Superb! I bought this as I wanted a much shorter antenna to not worry about automatic car washes. This one is perfect! It is very short, unobtrusive in appearance, and came with 2 machined screws with one fitting my particular antenna slot perfectly. There is a nice rubber wrap that goes around the point where the antenna and the mount meet, which makes for a nice attractive concealment. I'm super pleased with this, and the cost was well worth it. Been through the car wash multiple times already, and no grabbing onto the antenna. Picks up my radio stations just as clearly as my stock one did as far as I can tell. I haven't left the city but for my normal day-to-day it works exactly as I need it too.

I have a 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn "Classic" and this antenna fits perfectly on my truck! After putting it on I listened to the FM channels I had programmed into my factory radio. There was only like one channel that had a slightly disturbed signal to it. It was also a channel I rarely listen to anyway, as I am on Sirius XM or using my phone to play my Apple Music 99% of the time. As for the looks of this 7" antenna, it looks SOOOOOOOOOO much better than the LOOOOOOONNNNGGGGG silver antenna that came with the truck. If you are looking to make your RAM look better, get this antenna. If you listen to Satellite Radio or your own music via Apple or Google the majority of the time then get this antenna. It looks great and does a great job with reception, at least it does in my area.

Fantastic aftermarket antenna! Easy to install, the carbon fiber ring is a cool finishing touch. Does not move (like the OEM antenna) during automatic carwash. No issue with receiving AM or FM signals.

Took 2 minutes to install, only because I wanted the tapered end to line up with the truck body. Bluetooth range has gone down the pooper, but it's also about 1/5 the size of the factory mast. I can't leave the cab and play my tunes. Unfortunate, but as I said, its considerably smaller than the factory antenna. Bluetooth still works great in the cab though. Looks sharp, easy install.

Good product, seems durable, signal is everybit as good as factory. Easy install and fast delivery. Not sure i love the look but thats no fault of the product itself. Just thought I'd like it more.
