Volkswagen 3B7-601-171-XRW Center Cap

Contrary to what AmazonConfirmedFit states, it does fit a 2012 VW Golf. Snaps in easily and looks just like the other ones. Easy to use and seem to be good quality though will see how it holds up to hot weather.

Product arrived on time in good condition. After reading the reviews I decided to put a few coats of clear coat on it before installing it onto my rim. So far so good. I have a 2016 VW Jetta Sport with a 17inch rim.

DO NOT BUY - These are cheap knock offs. They corrode away. Attached are photos. The corroded one was on my car two years. Two winters in Michigan. You can also see it does not have the VW information on the back like the genuine OEM. I did not notice the text until I compared the cap with my others. All my other caps look as good as new. This is not normal wear and tear.

I ordered 2 to replace missing ones on my vehicle. They fit 2013 Passat just right. Not sure about durability yet, but so far they are holding up fine. Been through a couple rain storms, a couple heat waves, and several hundred miles. No regrets yet.
