Lumbaton relieves the back pain and also relieves Sciatic nerve related pain issues. As per my doctor advise took 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. for 3 months. Then reduced to 1 daily and stopped. Once I started getting back pain, continued the same treatment. As far as I understand, no side effects . Its really effective
