Gel With Nicotinamide. For Mild to Moderate Inflamed Acne Spots and Pimples. 10g

I've tried this straight away as I'm starting to have a few skin issues as I've got abit older. Its a small tube but cant complain for the price. Quite alot can come out of the tube so be careful not to waste. I had a really sore & itchy patch of small spots and a really large spot by the side of my face. It is really red, irritating and very sore so I tried the Freederm Gel with Nicotinamide and tbh it has helped the soreness and irritation straight away. I can't say what it's like long term yet but so far so good. Once I've finished treatment I will update this review with my final result.

Excellent results

Bought this when on offer as it is quite expensive normally and you don’t get much in a tube. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now - once in the morning, and again at night. So far, I have noticed the redness has significantly reduced (almost gone) and the number of spots has reduced. This stuff doesn’t stop spots from coming up, but I have found it definitely helps them heal faster and appear less red. I think I will buy again when on offer / reduced price. I am in my mid 20’s and suffer with more spots now than in my teens so this has been a great help. I haven’t noticed dryness that other reviewers have mentioned.

A well known brand just started to use it

It’s okay... for the price you can’t really complain, however it is just niacinamide. It’s smells like pure alcohol which is a bit worrying, and it does dry down to a film texture so I would advise using at night to avoid pilling. Honestly I haven’t really noticed a difference when using this and there are better products such as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If you do want a niacinamide I would advise just getting a niacinamide serum.

I swear by this product for deep spots. They go within two days I will buy this forever more.

This stuff is brilliant. It has always worked for me and worked very well on big spots, quickly. The only thing I find is that once opened it seems to lose its effectiveness after a week or two. When it’s brand new you can feel it working as soon as you apply it.

Very effective spot treatment. After applying it on pimples, they go down quite quickly. However, it can be quite drying on the skin. I think it works by drying out the pimples, which is why it works so fast. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend applying it over a large area, it’s better to use it as a targeted spot treatment only. Works well if used the right way.
