Super Effective!
Excellent for stopping diarrhea and helping dog with sensitive stomach to process kibble. The instructions say 1:1 teaspoon of water to powder to make gel. I found that you need a little more water, maybe 2 parts water to 1 part powder. Whatever. I mix it in yogurt or pumpkin which are also helpful but the Honest Kitchen Herbal Digestive Supplement supports. It's natural and effective.

Helped My Dog a Lot
I have a dog with some (suspected) acid indigestion issues. She vomits bile when she gets too hungry, and it all goes downhill from there. I find that this product helps quite a bit and best of all, she likes the flavor! She gets excited when I get the canister out. I tasted it, to me it tastes like mixing some partially decayed leaves and grass clippings with water and it is disgusting. Not sure even tuna juice would mask the flavor for a cat. But it's worth a try! It seems to help keep her stomach calmer and when she does have an episode, her episodes are not nearly as severe since I put her on this. I give it every day or every other, it has truly made a difference. It's a little gritty but if you keep stirring it improves. My dog might be weird with how much she likes it but I'm okay with that because it makes it easy to give!

Best Solution for Explosive Diarrhea in Sick Puppies
My puppies were sick with Coccidia and Parvo - a double whammy. The nature of these infections/viruses yielded an unimaginable level of explosive diarrhea and squirting. It was horrific. Instead of loading them up with yet another drug at the time (given they were put on quite a few), I decided against the Metronidazole/Flagyl recommended by my vet (they also recommend anti-diarrheal, Loperamide) and ordered this instead after reading a review on Chewy. Best decision ever. I mixed it in their wet food and it resolved diarrhea within the same day. Their stool looks so much better, well-formed and not watery. Don't give too much (especially for puppies) to ensure you don't cause constipation. I gave too much to my puppy and added organic pumpkin powder to her water to help her go potty. I will definitely keep this around the house as long as I have dogs. It's a must for pups with digestive issues of any kind! So glad I stumbled across this! UPDATE: Now my pups have a clean bill of health. My little one has "perfect" poop these days. Her sister has a bit of mushy poop, after recovering from a bout of Hookworms (clearly the breeder didn't do a good job of deworming these babies). However, they both love to have this sprinkled on their dry food these days as well. So the taste is yummy for them too. An added benefit if your pups have suffered any kind of gut issues.

Great for pups with sensitive stomach
I have an Australian shepherd with a finicky stomach. This stuff is great every so often when he starts to have issues. I just put it on his food for a few meals and it seems to solve the issue. I gave only four stars because I donโt think he really loves the taste but he is also very picky. Whatโs great is that it helps his stomach every time. Definitely consider keeping this in the cabinet if you have the same problem with your pup.

Excellent supplement to keep Pomโs tummy happy!
This product, which I call her โherbs and spicesโ because it smells very grassy/green, seemed to keep our Pomeranian puppyโs tummy happy when transitioning her foods no matter what food we tried! I was shocked how well it works. We must have tried 5 different foods when we first got her, waiting for her to settle on one she liked and would eat enough of and not pick at. We continue to use the Perfect Form Supplement because it REALLY does keep her stool perfectly formed and she loves the taste of it. I will sometimes give her a small pinch of just this powder in her food dish and she licks it up happily and wants more! I find that just 1/8 of a teaspoon is plenty for her for the whole day. I sprinkle it on her total daily amount of dry food and shake the food/supplement to get it distributed throughout all of the pieces and then divide that into her meal servings for the day. That way I only have to measure out the supplement once.

Disappointing Size/Cost Change in good product
Discovered this when it was called Perfect Form. It worked wonders when nothing else, prescription or natural, would. I recommended it more times than I can count. I no longer do. After searching for it to no avail, I discovered they changed the name. In my opinion, a bad move as it was the name that made me check it out to begin with. But when I received this last canister I realized that it was about half the quantity than it was when it was called Perfect Form. I have giant dogs so when I need to use it, the small quantity was used up in no time. And the cost was not cut in half, just the quantity of product. I wrote Honest Kitchen regarding my disappointment. I heard nothing back. Especially disappointing as I also purchase their food products at times. A friend of mine recommended an organic slippery elm product in bulk that I now use instead of this item. She has often spoken of the over the top profit drive of the owners of Honest Kitchen. I did not pay that much attention, but this experience did serve to make me take note I am sorry to say. I have seen many other reviews addressing this same issue and it seems that what Honest Kitchen is failing to realize that whatever increase in profit they gain by reducing the product in half for the same cost they are now not only losing regular customers, but all new customers we all refer to the product. So although had this not occurred I would rate the original Perfect Form product 5 stars. This makes me want to rate it a one star and makes me question & wonder about the quality changes that might have occurred in the other items I usually purchase. Have they changed the ingredients? The quantities of the various ingredients? And for those who don't realize it, by law dog food manufacturers do not have to change their packaging immediately to reflect a change in the ingredients ...they might have 6 months to do so (can't recall exactly). Isn't that swell? So unless the company is 100% honest, it is legal to deceive us!

No more Gassy Lassie
I highly recommend trying this product if your dog has digestive problems. My rescue dog came home with a ruined tummy. She had severe stress, food allergies, and intestinal parasites. And the worst farts you could possibly imagine. We got her on medication to clear up the parasites, but they had done a lot of damage and it took months for her to heal and even longer to find a dog food to which she wasn't sensitive. We used this product while transitioning through various foods and it seemed to help. When we settled on the final food, we tried taking her off of the herbal supplement. She started getting gassy again. It wasn't potent like before, but it was enough gas that I assumed it might give her a little discomfort. I talked to the vet and she said my dog was healthy and she was probably just a gassy Lassie. I tried the herbal supplement again to see if it would help alleviate the gas. It makes a tremendous difference. She has hardly any gas now and when she does fart, it doesn't really smell at all (unless she eats something she's not supposed to) and my dog seems to really love the flavor... If you accidentally forget to put it on her breakfast, she looks at you with this confused face like "I think you forgot something. There's no breakfast powder on my breakfast." Which is really cute and hilarious. **My dog is 65lbs and she gets 1 tsp of this supplement sprinkled on her breakfast (but not dinner) every day. I also spray 2-3 tablespoons of water on the powder and kibbles and shake the bowl a little just so that all the powder is wet and coating the kibbles. I do this so she isn't getting powder up her nose or in her lungs while she eats.

Helped my dogs tummy!
Helped out my dogs tummy a lot! My 2 year old very active dog always seemed to have runny stool no matter what we tried. This food topper seemed to help him a lot and his stools have firmed up quite a bit.
