Bamboo Roman Shades w/Valance 20" W x 60" H, Dali Native

Excellent quality pull-down blinds. I was swayed by the reviews because I didn’t believe they could be as good as my Levolor custom ones that cost so much more - but I was wrong! If I’m being particular, which I usually am, the bottom “pull” piece is attached differently than Levelor. I prefer the way they do it because it feels more firm. But this is also firm and very securely attached. The blinds came super fast, too. NOW- to bury the lead - I bought 3 shades. Java, Tuscan and Dali Native. Java is the traditional/classic slightly darker bamboo that is almost tortoise shell with the tones. It is very nice. Privacy was excellent without the liner. Tuscan and Dali Native truly are the same shade but the design is different. They are a much lighter tone. To me, they felt even more casual than Java, which is what I wanted. Tuscan is more classic in design with the slats all the same size and good “privacy” given it lets light in and you can see movement/shadows at night. I like the matte finish and kept this one for our lake house. Dali Native I loved but it felt too stylish for what I wanted and had less privacy. It is still very classic and goes anywhere, but I could see the line pattern and it has less privacy (and lets more light in). It is really beautiful though. In the right room, it could really elevate the whole look. I included several comparison pics for you in my review. Shipping was fast and returns easy. Very happy. Install a breeze because they included everything but the drill you need. If you’re on the fence, go for it!

I ordered one blind in the color 'Dali Native' to see how it looks, and loved it so much that I'm now on my 3rd order. I'm 100% happy with these shades!! One thing to know: they're easy to see through. I like that, because the light coming through them looks SO PRETTY. And I found a couple ways to deal with privacy. On my front door, I screwed in 2 cup-holder hooks right beneath the bamboo shade, and sewed a piece of canvas drop cloth to a skinny dowel, which I can hang by the hooks when I want privacy - it's easy to take on and off and it works great. And the other solution is to just hang curtains above the shades, which is a look I absolutely love. The advantage of them being sheer is that they cut down on glare but still allow some light in, and they create a warm glow in the room. I also love the texture they add, and they look more expensive than they are. They're easy to raise and lower, and easy to clean with a duster or vacuum wand. Simple installation, prompt shipping. These did so much for my home!!

High quality and super easy to install! I shopped around to get the ideal shade for my kitchen window and this fits perfectly and looks pretty. It works well with my coastal interior and is easy to adjust when the sun is beating down. Highly recommend this product. I may buy more for other windows. If you're thinking about it, buy it and you won't be disappointed.

These were such an unexpected treat! Literally changed the look of our entire room that we are currently trying to do the finish work on and create some really beautiful, finishing touches. The before and after we’re just ridiculous and so great! Great quality for such a good price point.

Overall I am pleased with this product and they achieved the look for which I was hoping. I measured multiple times for interior mount shades, knowing that people get this wrong frequently. What I didn't anticipate was that the hardware would take up space along the side of the window in addition to the top -- this fraction of an inch between a bracket on each side was enough to throw my measurements off and make the shade not fit. I ended up buying long screws and washers to mount each shade to only the top of the window frame without using the supplied brackets (shown in third review pic). This worked fine and only added a few dollars to my total cost for the project, allowing the shades to slide in perfectly to the frame. I did want to share this here so that people could either account for the bracket width in their measurements or devise a different mounting system like I did. Honestly those corner brackets would have been difficult to mount precisely with my wonky old house anyway. Besides the mounting hardware ish, here are my impressions: I expected there to be a little more color variation with the Dali native color. I might have gone with the darker shade if I had been able to see samples, but I'm happy enough with the color. The quality of the product is a good value for the money. I like the cordless functionality, though I do wish they had an option for slightly shorter lengths to avoid the "puddling" at the bottom of my fairly normal-sized windows. Per other reviews, these aren't suitable for total privacy but I knew that going in and don't mind the filtering effect when fully closed. In conclusion, this is a good upgrade for the money over the dirty plastic miniblinds I had before. They go well with the transitional, eclectic style I have in my historic home. Several people have asked if they were custom already.

I was pleasantly surprised by this blind. I had one before that was too short and it didn't let the light come through. I thought that is what I wanted again, but once I saw how beautiful this blind (Dali Native) provided privacy & yet let light through, I was very happy. It was hard to find this size 22" x 76" and I thought I woukd have to customize it for much more...but I am glad I purchase this. Came quickly & great for the price!

GET THESE BLINDS!! I’m a 60 year old woman and easily installed them by myself. The first one took a minute, figuring it out, measuring and getting the right tools, but the other two probably took 15 minutes each. It would have been nice to have had a helper passing the tools to me and then helping hold up the shade while you screw in the washers/wing nuts, but easy enough alone. And they are a GAME CHANGER for the glare when watching tv and look of the room. Love the color and quality (Dali Native), and can still somewhat see the lake. Wish I’d gotten them years ago.
