I hear these are made in china?

Yes they are made in China. Designed and engineered in America. Very high quality ratchet strap, durable and last. Some of the best I’ve used and owned. I’m a Painting contractor and use straps daily for transporting ladders and equipment along with transporting my toys on the weekends.

Will they work on a 4500lb camper to tie down during hurricane season in Florida?

The trailer would have to have hooks to hook the too.
