I bought this seat hoping to get a decent fixed back seat for 2001 corvette, but unless you do the C5-to-C6 belt swap (look it up online) this seat sits too far forward for my body length (I'm 6'2"). The seat did get into the car, but it was about 2" from the rear of the interior, which made it too cramped for me to fit into the car. If you are shorter you could make it work. The seat itself was very nicely made, a bit on the heavy side but it is a steel-frame seat so that's not unexpected. Good bolstering, and I fit nicely (6'2", about 185, 34" waist). The shoulder holes just made it to the top of my shoulders, any lower and they would have been unusable for a harness. I have the seat boxed up but I believe they were about 22.5" to the bottom of the shoulder hole from the seat surface. My only minor complaint on the seat was the fabric cutout around the side harness holes would pop out from me holding the seat by them, but I was able to tuck it back in. I don't think this would be an issue for daily use. Materials seemed to be of a decent quality and the upholstery was well-done.

Seats have great attention to detail and zero flaws in the stitching. Extremely comfortable for driving on a regular basis yet hug you and keep you in place on the track (I am a size 32 waist). Very impressed with the quality of materials overall. Look no further for your new seats!
