I searched for vitamins for my kids that have the Methylated folate (not folic acid!) & B vitamins bc we have the MTHFR gene mutation, & also tastes good.. this hits all the marks & BOTH my picky kids will take it. Every other Vitamin we’ve tried they eventually got tired of. I also like that it’s not the sugary gummies that stick to their teeth causing cavities. Plus if I need to add a dropper of other supplements it mixes right in. Win-win! It is a bit pricey but worth it to know my kids are getting the nutrients they need, especially when they don’t always eat great!

I have the MTHFR genetic mutation and my son was born with Down syndrome, so it was extremely important to me to find a vitamin for him that contained methylated folate, was easy for him to swallow because he can't swallow pills and wasn't a sugar filled gummy. It's basically impossible to find something that has all of these qualifications. I was SO happy when I found this brand. My son takes it like a champ. He says it's kind of sour, but he doesn't dislike the taste at all. I tasted it and I think it's really good. Very pina colada-esque. Even if you or your child doesn't have the MTHFR mutation, methylated folate is always, always better than synthetic. I would 100% recommend this.

I love this multivitamin. It is easy for my son to consume because it is liquid. This was important for me because he had feeding delays that still haven't fully been worked out. He loves the flavor (which is very important), and I like the ingredients (minus the stevia but not a deal-breaker). The flavor is supposed to be a natural pineapple and coconut flavor, but I can't always taste all the different flavors when they are mixed together. To me it tastes like pineapple juice. I have used best nest for prenatal vitamins, so being able to have something from a company that I trust for my son is a blessing.

I swear by these vitamins!! We are on our 3rd bottle and since starting them, my speech delayed toddler is now speaking in full sentences! We stopped them briefly (because I kept forgetting to reorder) and she regressed back to single words and many tantrums a day. We started back on these and within 2-3 days she was back to forming sentences and no tantrums. She is no longer considered speech delayed and has caught back up to other kids her age! Im so thankful I found these! I have told everyone I know about them…she also is excited to take them every day! Loves the flavor and calls them candy! The consistency is a bit weird but she doesn’t seem to mind it at all!

My son has ARFID and we have tried over 15 supplements and this is the only liquid vitamin that my son will tolerate. It does not mix into juice but the taste is tolerable even a little sweet. It has a very good coverage of nutrition to cover the deficiencies due to ARFID (even more vitamins and minerals than ella ola).

Well, I didn’t think it would ever happen, but it did. My overly picky child finally found a multi vitamin she loves! I have been searching for years, and have tried countless brands. She absolutely loves taking this vitamin and even brings it over to me to remind me to give it to her. She thinks the flavor is fantastic, that it tastes just like piña colada! I tested it myself and think it is very good. It does have that “vitamin” aftertaste, but it doesn’t seem to bother my daughter. I also love that it’s in liquid form and not a gummy...better for her teeth! If you are looking for a delicious tasting liquid children’s multi vitamin, this is it! It is child tested and approved!

The bottle arrived with the lid cracked. Really upset about this because it wasn't cheap- I don't feel comfortable giving any to my daughter since it was leaked and opened when it arrived. All the ingredients look great- it even smells great- my daughter has MTHFR mutation so I was hoping to start her on a great multivitamin but I'm not sure where to go from here. Kind of feel like I'm out of $30. My review is solely based on the fact that I can't use it. *****REVIEW EDITED***** after reaching out to Best Nest regarding the cracked lid, they sent a new bottle to us and we are more than happy with the way we were treated by them. They were very professional and prompt to bring a solution. updated to 5 stars, as my daughter loves her vitamins now and they have everything in them she needs.

My son recently got braces and we are big vitamin people- so I instantly began the hunt for a liquid vitamin instead of his gummy brand (that we love!). This had mixed reviews but its as worth a shot. It smelled terrible... and from that point on I didn't have the highest of hopes but still I had to try. So I tried to mix it into the kids favorite juice (knowing based on the smell there was no way they would drink it alone). It was not as liquid as I'd expected- it poured out like a thick sticky goup so I had to use my blender to even make it mix into the kids juice otherwise it sank to the bottom the cup. It was terrible. I couldn't even get them to take a second sip. Returned and still hunting.
